Preparation of technical passports of buildings will cost from 100 to 500 leva. By 2022, all buildings must have a document confirming that they are in order, and pay for it.

"The topic is not new. Construction dossiers are created for the maximum term of operation," said lawyer Ivan Marchev in the morning block of Bulgaria on the air.

According to him, about 5 BGN. per square meter will cost the preparation of passports. It is a good idea for everyone to anticipate and start distributing money now.

"Passports will be considered as a payment, which will take about a year, "he added. He also noted that some buildings already have such technical passports.

This is a process of examining engineers - how strong a building, roof, foundations, elevators and other structures are, ”Marchev explained.

After the inspection, it should be clear whether the bearing walls or columns were demolished, and whether there is a danger of collapse during an earthquake.

Experts advise homeowners to start collecting money.
