List of documents for the buyer

Required documents from the side of the buyer in PERSONAL PRESENCE:

1.Passport
2.Declaration of citizenship and civil status in accordance with Art. 25, clause 8 from ZNND,
3.Declaration of origin of funds in accordance with art.66 clause 2 from ZMIP,
4.Declaration on measures to combat money laundering in accordance with art.42 clause 2 from ZMIP
5.EU regulation.
The EU regulation is signed only by citizens of Ukraine and Russia

-Declarations are signed on the spot at the notary.
-Declarations are prepared by the lawyer of the company "LiderBG".


Necessary documents from the side of the buyer through the AUTHORIZED PERSON:

1.Power of attorney.
A trustee can be (a relative or acquaintance, an independent lawyer, a lawyer of the LiderBG company, a manager of the LiderBG company)
2.A copy of the buyer's international passport.
3.Declaration of citizenship and civil status, art. 25, par. 8, from ZNND.
4.Declaration on the origin of funds, art. 66, par. 2 from ZMIP.
5.Declaration on measures against money laundering art.42, par.2 from ZMIP.
6.EU regulation.
The EU regulation is signed only by citizens of Ukraine and Russia

-The Power of Attorney and Declarations are prepared by the lawyer of the LiderBG company.
-The buyer certifies them at the Bulgarian consulate or a notary at the place of residence and sends them by courier to Bulgaria.
-For the Bulgarian Consulate documents are prepared in Bulgarian.
-For certification by a notary at the place of residence, documents are prepared in the appropriate official language. After receiving the documents, a licensed translation into Bulgarian is made on them.
-Company "LiderBG" provides services of a licensed translator.

Important! Signing documents at a notary at the place of residence implies additional costs for licensed translation of the text of documents from Bulgarian into the corresponding official language and back translation into Bulgarian.
