The project started with the construction of 4 private two-storey houses, the total built-up area of which varies from 210.92 sq.m to 235.12 sq.m. The houses are intended for living in them all year round. High quality and modern materials are used in construction. The area of the land plots is 109 - 200 sq. M. - second floor: 2 bedrooms, combined bathroom, and a VIP-bedroom with its own combined bathroom and balcony, spacious terrace.

Window frames - five-chamber PVC "DECEUNINCK", color: white. The roof is sloping and covered with tiles. Landscaping is provided for each site and the entire territory, where stamped concrete will be laid for convenience and an openwork wrought iron fence and hedges will be installed. The garages will be equipped with metal roller shutters. All materials used have a European quality certificate.
