Payment plan

The first payment is 20% upon conclusion of the Preliminary Agreement.

The balance of 80% of the cost is payment by installments for the property under an agreement with the builder Fort Noks.

For a period of up to 3 years with an increase in price of 5% per annum.
For a period of 3 to 5 years from the date of conclusion of the contract - an increase in price of 6.5% per annum;
For a period of 6 to 10 years from the date of conclusion of the contract - an increase in price of 9.7% per annum.

Installment payments are made in quarterly installments.
In case of payment of the first payment in the amount of 30% upon signing the preliminary contract, a 0.5% discount on the cost is provided.
In case of payment of the first payment in the amount of 40% upon signing the preliminary contract - a 1% discount on the cost.
In case of payment of the first installment in the amount of 50% upon signing the preliminary agreement - a 1.5% discount on the cost.
If the cost of the apartment is paid in full within 1 month from the date of signing the Preliminary Agreement, a 2% discount is provided.
The right to use the apartment after paying 20% of the cost.
