Payment plan

- first installment - 50% of the value of the preliminary contract, after deduction of the deposit within 30 days after signing the preliminary contract
- second installment - 20% of the value of the preliminary contract up to 3 months after the first installment
- third installment - 20% of the value of the preliminary contract up to 3 months after the second installment
- fourth installment - 10% of the value of the preliminary contract upon signing the notary deed
