Description

Sirena is a complex of holiday homes located 50 km south of Varna in the resort town of Byala. It is located 30 meters from the beach and is easily accessible along the central promenade of the city.

The complex is developed on an area of 2,122 square meters, in two separate low-rise buildings, situated according to the main approaches, the sea view and the elevation of the terrain. A convenient underground parking lot has been built with a direct connection to the seaside promenade.

The buildings are massive, monolithic design with beamless slabs, roof structure with tile coating and wood paneling. By applying natural materials - stone, white smooth plaster, wood paneling on the thermal insulation of entire facades and windows, resembling natural wood, a holiday mood and comfort is achieved.

In the yard there are swimming pools for adults and children, relaxation areas. The terraces of the apartments, located on the ground floor, are formed in separate courtyards, as part of the park environment.

A total of 42 one and two bedroom apartments with areas from 51 to 94 sq.m. have been designed in the complex. All apartments are offered finished - colored latex, laminate flooring, terracotta, equipped bathrooms.

Sirena complex is a closed type with controlled access, round-the-clock security and provided constant maintenance and building management.
